At Elara Herbal, we work hard to get your Ayurvedic skincare to you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders, with no minimum order value.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5-8 business days
• Remote / rural pin codes: may take 1-2 additional days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from the My Account dashboard.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to our support team and we will track it down with our courier partner on priority.
